BOOK YOU SAUNA

  • We operate from the main car park at Sennen Cove, overlooking the beach and the Atlantic.

  • Two towels - one to sit on, one to dry with after.

    Swimwear for your session. Natural fibres are best for high heat.

    Flip flops/Sliders are handy for sea dips or time spent cooling down outside the sauna.

    Water - hydrate before, during and after to replace the fluids you sweat out.

    Changing Robe - great to arrive in over your swimwear and to keep warm after your session.

  • Yes, booking ahead is recommended as spaces are limited. You can book online to secure your spot. Walk in bookings are accepted however we can’t guarantee there will be space.

  • The sauna is for adults and young people aged 16 and over.

  • There is a dedicated small indoor changing area to leave your belongings however we ask that you only bring what you need as space is limited.

    We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss to personal items.

  • Swimwear is mandatory. Swimsuits, bikini’s, board shorts etc. Flip flops recommended for moving between sauna and sea/plunge baths.

  • Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24hrs before the session.

  • We share space with Sennen Surf Shop and Sennen Surf Lodge, making it convenient to combine your sauna with a surf or coffee, drink or bite to eat after your session. There are also public toilets however they close during winter.
